From Pippin's first litter to Casilex Black Velvet, Diane and Paul Stilgoe kept two bitches, putting one of them, Teisgol Follow That Star at Carofel, jointly into my name.  In due course she was mated to Lynne Hinton's Sh Ch Tawbarn Star Eclipse of Fleurfield, a litter which was to produce Sh Ch Teisgol Phoenix at Carofel.

At her first championship show The Pointer Club, Della won BPIS and never looked back winning her first reserve ticket at 23 months and her last three weeks before she became a veteran, collecting 3 CC's and 7 reserves.  She has continued to win well in veteran classes and came out of retirement at the grand age of 10 to win Best Veteran at National Gundog in 2014.   Along the way she took time out to have a litter by Hawkfield Dapper in Black from which I kept her son Beamer - Carofel Just A Minute who won the ticket at Paignton Champ Show in 2013.

On April 27th 2012 I made the hardest decision of my life to let Pip go at the grand age of 14 1/2.  He had been my world for those 14 years and I struggled badly without him.  On August 28th that year a litter was born to his granddaughter Carmandine Fortune Cookie (her sire Fleurfields Flame for Glowmist was Pip's son from the litter to Lynne Hinton's Sh Ch Hookwood Pretty Woman by Fleurfield) and I shall be eternally grateful to Lynne and Margaret Gerrard who bred her for letting me have Crumble - Carmandine Cookie Crumble by Fleurfield JW.  Her sire is Lynne's Sh Ch Fleurfields Flambeau and she is owned in partnership with Lynne.  Crum has had a wonderful show career winning Best Puppy at the SPC Pointer of the Year event and finishing up with enough points for her Junior Warrant. She now has 2 Res CC's.

In 2016 I was fortunate enough for fate to find me another great granddaughter of Pip's, Blueyonda Peaches at Carofel who is by Wynbury Findochty, another Fleurfield Flame son out of Blueyonda Bling It On.  Trudy is very much a live wire and is having a lovely start to her show career, starting off with winning Best Puppy in Show at the Pointer Club Championship Show.

In July 2017 Trudy came home from her walk one morning minus 90% of one of her inscisors.  The next day Crumble came into season and fate told me to have one more go at mating her (she had missed on three previous occasions).  She was duly mated to Sh Ch Millpoint Top Hat n' Tails, owned by Jayne Harrison who bent over backwards to ensure that Crum had every chance of taking and 9 weeks later 6 little miracles were born.

I kept a black and white bitch, Carofel On Silent Wings​, named after her gt gt grandfather.  Pippa has had a lovely start to her show career despite the fact that I think there is kangaroo in her pedigree somewhere.
